I have been keeping track of things that my kids say for a long time in a notebook, a piece of paper, iPhone notes, whatever I could grab the quickest. Here are some things that I my kids said this week. My intention is to write these quotes each Thursday, so come back to see what my little men have come up with next week.
Luke’s Quotes: (He is five)
Instead of writing quotes for Luke this week I am going to write a story that he told me tonight before bed. We get to hear these stories just about every night. I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do.
Luke- “Once upon a time there was boy and a beautiful girl and they had to fight a huge, fat, purple dragon for ten weeks and if they defeated the dragon they would win their freedom. Just the way the soldiers did at the Alamo. When the dragon ate his food it magically turned to fire in his stomach, and then he would shoot out the fire at the boy and the beautiful girl. Eventually the boy and the beautiful girl killed the dragon and he died and went to dragon heaven, but not human heaven. Just at that moment the boy and the beautiful girl heard a noise, it was two dragon eggs hatching! They decided not to fight the baby dragons because it would be mean to hurt a little baby. The end.”

W- Mom I saw blue magic. In the sky come look. It's beautiful!
M- Okay (I look up and see the moon and clouds)
W- Look at all that blue magic up there isn't it wonderful?

W- Mom I'm gonna jump into the page of this book and take that sward straight away from that bad mean guy.

W- Mom I want to go on a lizard hunt. Then once we find those lizards we will feed them smashed bugs, you can do that part mom.

M- No, you may certainly not.
W- How about a Little Red, will that work?
